Marriage contract of Qamar and Mashhadi Ahmad Turk, 1904
Marriage contract of Qamar, the daughter of Karbalayi Zayn al-ʻAbidin Turk, and Mashhadi Ahmad Turk, son of Islamʻali Turk from Badkubah [Baku], with a mahr of 150 tumans. The husband gave power of attorney to his wife so that for fifty years after the date of their marriage, if the husband goes travelling for more than two years in a row or leaves the house and does not pay the monthly alimony of one tuman and five thousand [dinars] to his wife, the wife can get a divorce after forgiving half of her mahr.

Dispute between Muhammad Baqir and Abu al-Qasim
Since Haji Muhammad Baqir from Dihdasht had many wives to provide for, and because he had not received the money owed to him from Shiraz, he was about to travel to Isfahan and Tehran to claim some loans, and then to Mashhad for pilgrimage. But, he was stopped by his paternal cousin, Karbalayi Abu al-Qasim, who has made a claim against him. Muhammad Baqir requests that they stop preventing his journey and pilgrimage and that the matter be pursued with his attorney.

Power of attorney from Fatimah Baygum and ‘Ali Akbar to Haj Muhammad Hasan, 1863
Fatimah Baygum and her brother Aqa ‘Ali Akbar, children of Aqa Muhammad Husayn Karbalayi from Sar Chanah, give the power of attorney to their cousin, Haj Muhammad Hasan, regarding the inheritance from their brother, Aqa Zayn al-‘Abidin, who died in Nahavand on his way to the shrines in Iraq. They are asking for the remaining two-thirds of Aqa Zayn al-‘Abidin’s assets, after one-third of it is spent on the funeral. They also mention that if something happens to Haj Muhammad Hasan, he can assign another attorney to do the work.

Khvurshid Khanum's petitions, 1908
Petitions by Khvurshid Khanum, daughter of Aqa Riza, from Barfurush, to Mukhbir al-Saltanah, Minister of Justice, explaining how following her parents death, when she was three years old, her uncle, ‘Abbasquli Khan, seeking her inheritance of more than fifty thousand tumans worth of property, took her in. After ten years, he married her off to his grandson, son of I‘timad Divan, despite her discontent. I‘timad Divan never paid her her share of inheritance with the excuse that she was his son's wife. Kulliyat of Tajmah Khanum
Tajmah Khanum wrote this book, composed of three parts. The first part consists of nearly 120 verses. The first poem is a sonnet written by the poet when she was 16 and the last one was written to praise Riza Shah. The second part is more than 20 letters and notes, which are mostly administrative and legal. Other letters were addressed to women who where contemporaries of Tajmah Khanum. The third part of this book is a selection of poems by Persian poets from Rudaki to the Qajar period.
